Our Dining Room
Brick walls, a painted ceiling and oversized Oak chairs make our dining room as special as our food.
A hand-painted cloud ceiling, flower vines on the brick walls and a faux window displaying the perfect sunny day add to the charm of the Creekside Café. Sit back in one of our comfortable, oversized Oak chairs and take in the view of the Cottonwood trees from our large picture windows. All this makes the coffee taste even better.
About the Art
Is it a café? Is it an art gallery? It's both. Every month Creekside Café features a new collection of art, providing local artists a venue for displaying and selling their creations. The Creekside Café also participates in the First Friday Artwalk which takes place the first Friday of each month from 5PM-8PM. Complimentary wine and appetizers are provided at most stops on the ArtWalk. There are usually between 12-15 stops and maps are available at the Creekside.
Our dining room dresses up to become a perfect place for an intimate private party.
The Historical Soda Creek Building
The Creekside Café is housed in the historic Soda Creek Building. Carl Howelson, the father of ski flying (nordic jumping) and Howleson Hill's namesake, helped lay the rocks and bricks. Originally the building housed a Montgomery Ward and laundry. Later it became the In Season Café, then the Blue Cat Café, and for the last 10 years the Creekside Café.
